Passenger boarded about 5 minutes after the mall mad trying to pick a fight but operator did not escalate. At the end the customer was grateful π @ congress & lantana another customer said “ i lost my bus π “ the kind, thoughtful driver safely allowed her to get off while waiting for Lantana Rd light to turn green. i profited from her kindness and got off too so i didn’t have to cross congress then lantana which made my safety more sure and i got to 472 quicker. Less sweaty. A passenger from 62E took the occasion to board too and did not lose her # 2️⃣N transfer Out of her professionalism and courtesy… we all benefited Please tell her we appreciate her going the extra distance to make our lives just a little bit easier.
