with plans like this PRAISE GOD (GOD WILLING if i make it to retirement) i will not have to wrangle "residency" (hopefully just 3 months/year) in hellish Miami-Dade county to get a marvelous plan as i have planned since autumn 2014

hopefully WELLCARE will be able to set up networks even in tiny impossible counties like Dixie
